P.A.C.T. stands for People Against Child Trafficking.The P.A.C.T. Rally was a rally held to bring together people who were awakened to the problem of Government Subsidized Child Trafficking through the Baby Cyrus case. We held this rally on March 26th, 2022, just a few weeks after Baby Cyrus was first kidnapped.
