IVERMECTIN PROTOCOL
Ivermectin Dosing: 0.2mg/kg
Prevention:
- Dosing: Take one dose every 1-2 weeks (some are taking as infrequent as every 3-4 weeks)
Active Treatment:
- 0.2-0.4mg/kg per dose (take with or after meals)
- Dosing: one dose daily, take until recovered, then 1 dose weekly or biweekly
- Use upper dose range if: 1) in regions with more aggressive variants; 2) treatment started on or after day 5 of symptoms or in pulmonary phase; or 3) multiple comorbidities/risk factors.
Post Infection Treatment:
- Dosing: one dose days 1 and 3 then one dose weekly or biweekly
HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE PROTOCOL (HCQ)
Prevention:
- Dose: 400 mg once a week for 7 weeks
Active Treatment (Zelenko Protocol)
- Zinc Sulfate (220 mg capsule once daily, containing 50 mg elemental zinc)
- HCQ (200 mg twice daily)
- Azithromycin (500 mg once daily)
Post Infection Treatment:
- Dose: 400 mg once a week for 7 weeks
